Specializing in office, retail, flex and industrial properties, Molly Strickland is eager to help fulfill your commercial real estate needs. With experience in site selection, rezoning, property lease up, acquisitions and dispositions, Molly's background in accounting provides an analytical approach to meet client needs. Prior to joining Commercial Realty Services, Molly worked at CBRE Inc. as Business Development Analyst where she worked with executive leadership to expand market share in the Southeast. In this role, Molly was responsible for providing analysis, research and support for the firm's business development efforts including pursuit initiatives, competitive analysis, and promoting cross-selling opportunities. A licensed commercial realtor since 2013, Molly is a proud wife and mother to two boys. Molly graduated from Georgia Tech in 2011 with a Business Administration degree with an Accounting Concentration.
