Alex Davenport, a CCIM designee since 2007 and a Realtor since 2002, has a diverse background in real estate, including; land sales, site selection and development, investment property sales (shopping centers, single-tenant NNN properties, residential rental properties, self-storage facilities, and small business), leasing, property management, residential sales, construction, and remodeling. He is a people person that enjoys solving problems creatively while helping individuals or partnerships reach their goals and positioning them for success.

Alex is an Auburn Engineering graduate and United State Air Force veteran providing him a background that enhances his ability to achieve success with the technical challenges common to the commercial and industrial real estate business. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Alabama and real estate salesperson in Georgia.

Alex is a proud father of 3 young adults and married to his high school sweetheart for over 30 years. He is actively involved in his community in East Alabama where he has been a native resident for most of his nonmilitary life. He loves his church family and his extended family as well. Alex is a servant leader and loves to help people 24-7.

The real estate business is in his blood, loving what he does!
